The 1st Annual Gordon Head Home Business Fair took place on Nov. 26th, 2011. Read more about the event here. Business contacts and connections were made, refreshments were shared, prizes were won and fun was had by all.
The committee for planning the 2nd annual event will be formed in the new year, and the consensus is that the event should be bigger and longer. Sounds good to me!

New Door Prizes at Business Fair!
Several of the amazing home businesses in Gordon Head have donated items to be won by attendees of the fair. So far we have the following:
- A shellac manicure
- Massage
- Two hours of professional organizing
- Two hours of Spanish lessons
- Two laptop cases
- Two hours of academic tutoring
- A cruise!
- Pet treats
- $100 towards Snowbird Vacation Services
- $25 gift certificate at Milestone's
Stop by the fair, Nov. 26th, from 10-noon to enter the draws and meet and connect with your neighbours. There will be more than 10 businesses with a wide variety of products and services to tell you about. Get a head start on shopping for Christmas or just get information that you can use throughout the year.
